Pneumatic Press with Drawstring System

The Rexel PDNS-2 is an upgraded pneumatic upholstery press equipped with an automatic drawstring knot-tying system. After pressing the seat, the operator loops the drawstring around the retractable fingers. The drawstring mechanism operates step-by-step: each press of the foot pedal advances the system to the next stage (fingers forward, pullers inward → clamping, pulling → fingers back, pushers forward, release). This speeds up production by eliminating the need to staple the string to the seat.
