MATRIX UNI™ series allow printing directly onto the chosen substrate. Along with exceptional results achieved on leather, wood and anodized aluminum. MATRIX UNI™ printers cover materials like stone, diferent types of plastics, glass, ceramic and many others.
UNI™ technology allows a graphic image or sign to be printed directly on the wide range of materials and objects with superb adhesion of ink directly from your digital file.
Due to MATRIX UNI™ wide range of applications you can choose between 4 standard table sizes. Additionally to our customer satisfaction your printer can be customized in width and height according to your needs.
AZON UNI
MATRIX UNI™ printers use high-quality dye-ink (low viscosity gel). Standard configuration is CMYK+ LC LM LK LLK for achieving a wide spectrum of colors and providing a color vibrancy of any desired image or effect on the printed material.

Each MATRIX UNI™ printer is equipped with CONTI ink system (Continues ink supply). CONTI allows for printer to be refilled with ink during the printing operation, which translate to zero time loss during the refill. MATRIX UNI™ use 6 or 8 bulks with 500ml each.

With Azon RIP Software you are getting absolute control over your MATRIX UNI™ printer. Even the most complicated and creative ideas are just few clicks away from being printed.

COST CALCULATOR
With ink cost calculator you will have precise data about ink cost for each graphic even before its printed. Advanced profiling allows for optimum ink consumption while delivering maximum quality results.

SELECTIVE VACUUM
All printers within MATRIX UNI™ series are equipped with vacuum tables. Vacuum tables are separated into zones which can be easily turned on and off depending on size of the material.

LOOP MODE
Feature which will enable you to make precision calculation how much time you need to create certain amount of required products. Simply send amount of copy’s you need form RIP software to and turn on loop mode. When printer is finished with the first substrate it will move gantry to second one. While second substrate is printed you can safely remove first one and replace it with blank one. When the second substrate is done gantry will go back first one. This will continue until all copy’s you send from RIP are printed.

IR LAMPS
With the adjustable IR Lamps UNI technology is pushed even step further, IR lamps are used to preheat material before printing , which will change the surface tension and allow for better ink absorption . Once cooled pores of the material will close and trap the ink inside, MATRIX UNI™ have adjustable IR lamp system which means you can adjust heat output to be the right one for each material you need to print .
